This was an early EDB song, taken from the one and only EDB studio session. It lacks any riff, consisting of random notes played on the two Casios over what was originally a march beat, until Donki Donki Dobson tranformed it into something much more sophisticated. It starts, and stops, and starts, and stops.

I really like the way the narrator moves from childish enthusiasm to outright disgust and defiance. I’m going to say that Brad wrote the lyrics by himself and more or less structured the music, to the point of having Jeff chastise Matt (to make the family drama more convincing?).

Lineup here was Brad and Jeff on Casios, Matt on vocals, and Donki Donki Dobson on drums.
